Our customized guidance program is tailored to fit each school’s individual needs. Counselors can be scheduled depending on each school’s requirement. Schools can experience the benefit of highly qualified guidance personnel while maintaining the school’s budgetary limits.
All guidance personnel have extensive testing and counseling experience, and are state licensed, certified, and insured. The group is comprised of mental health counselors, social workers, and psychologists, and areas of expertise include: Assessment, in-service training, individual and family counseling, parenting issues, bullying and conflict resolution.
Counselors have been trained in a standardized system to deal with such issues as academic assessment (LD, IQ, ADD), system-level and student interventions, problem-solving approaches and support system functions. This identification process involves a series of logical steps to determine the appropriate course of treatment that will allow success within the framework of a mainstream school classroom. United Testing Service provides all training, referral forms, documentation, and test materials required by the counselors. Schools have no added expense.
